In May 2025, Sean and Erin Elza became the new owners, taking over the shop from longtime operator Doug, whose dedication helped build GNW into the respected archery hub it is today.

Sean brings years of experience as an accomplished target archer, with a deep understanding of equipment, form, and competition strategy. He’s spent countless hours on the range and knows firsthand how the right advice or small adjustment can make all the difference. That same passion and attention to detail now shape everything GNW offers — from personalized bow setups to helping the next generation of shooters get started.

Erin plays a key role in the day-to-day operation of the business, bringing a strong sense of organization, customer care, and community connection. Together, Sean and Erin are focused on creating an environment that’s welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in the success of every archer who walks through the door.
